IMIA July Updates

The IMIA will not hold member meetings during July and August. The next member meeting will take place in conjunction with the AGM on 12^th September at 10am. An invitation will be circulated closer to the date.  

Save the Date- Grant Thornton on the Individual Accountability Framework

Anna Mulhall, Anne Marie Flynn and Kevin Coleman from Grant Thornton will speak to IMIA members on the 16^th August at 10am on the Individual Accountability Framework. T. 

Individual Accountability Framework-Working Group 

Following demand from member firms, the IMIA will launch an IAF Working Group on the 13^th of September. Please let me know if you are interested in participating in this group. 

IMIA Meets with the Department of Finance on the Retail Investment Strategy 

The IMIA met with Representatives from the Department of Finance during the week to discuss the potential effects of the Retail Investment Strategy (RIS) on the industry.

Central Bank publishes updated Outsourcing Register and Guidance

Last week, the Central Bank published the updated Outsourcing Register and accompanying guidance. If there are any issues with the template, please let me know. A submission deadline has not yet been confirmed but it is expected to be in Q4.
