Lynn has worked in financial services in Ireland for many years. She is a compliance and risk professional with significant experience, of which in excess of 10 years have been in senior compliance and risk roles with MiFID firms (PCF 12, 14, 15* and 39).

Lynn is a Licentiate of the Compliance Institute (LCI) and has been committee member and director of the Irish MiFID Industry Association (IMIA) since its incorporation in 2017.
