Each of the working groups meet at least quarterly to discuss specific issues relating to that subject area. The Working Groups play an important role in fostering teamwork, sharing knowledge and problem solving in the IMIA. 

The groups are dynamic and subject to member demand. Specified purpose working groups will be established as required.
